it's still debated whether time travel backwards is possible or not but there's proof that accelerated time travel forwards is possible

The first two are well known I'm sure. but the third one is something I came up with based on another theory in which the universe hits a turning point and starts reversing in time and gets pulled back to the center. In this theory timelines come in waves so you could travel to parallel timelines or you could do something I call the "Bounce Back" Method, bouncing off a parallel timeline and going back to your own at an earlier point.

I actually based it off the theory everything comes in waves, which is also supported in a theory in which the universe goes in reverse at a tipping point and time follows suite. Finally the reverse time logic follows a theory that was used in the 90's tv show, Sliders.
