Honestly? I sleep in the nude, it's just more comfortable. Also with a fan for some noise and cold air.

I only use the shorts of my pajamas, I can't use an underwear while sleeping for some reason, it's uncomfortable, except if I'm in somebody else's house so they won't see my morning wood
