I've lived in Arizona my entire life, and I can safely say that Winslow is one of the worst places in the state. Second only to that Chicago City place where polygamist Mormons live.
The only redeeming part of Winslow is the fact that it was in the song "Take It Easy" by The Eagles. You can tell because the entire town has shaped its image around that line in that one song. The nicest part of Winslow is a tiny-ass block with a super-decorated corner. Drive 3 minutes out in any direction from that point, and you're in some industrial hellhole.
