as a person with a severe peanut allergy, if you do a good job at keeping away from what starts your allergies, you'll only need a refill on epi-pens annually, and if you actually care about staying safe you'll only need one injector and you'll have it on you at all times
that means if you aren't a bumbling idiot covering allergies is way cheaper than covering the illnesses transgenders have, never mind that CIA isn't going to start lobbing peanuts and beehives at people so in a combat sense mental illnesses are way more dangerous

you didn't name any conditions but I'm pretty sure you get discharged from the military if you have PTSD (which is pretty close in terms of Self Delete rate to what transgenders experience)
