it looks like the head is the same sprite sometimes but he redraws the mouth and eyes and eyebroes every time

either way consistency is a big part about comic art and i wouldnt put it past the artist to trying to make the visual appearance as close as possible every time. with digital technology it makes it even easier to get it extremely consistent like this even when redrawing cause of undo n stuff

that said he needs to do different angles of this face cause 3/4 view isnt the only angle you should literally always draw

I think the problem is neatly summed up in the two summer comparison comics. It's obvious he's not even trying to do anything different and only using copypaste out of convenience. Instead he is using it because he is a lazy artist with questionable talent.
