I swear bethesda doesn't know stuff about map design.

as far as character design goes, none of the 3d fallouts win any contests. probably the most developed/teeming characters are benny, ulysses, fawkes, and kellogg, and 3/4 of them probably get killed by the player

Yeah, the thing with Tony is that he develops these gimmicks to garner attention and cause controversy. I mean just to name a few as examples off the top of my head, Red Text, FO4 Harping, and [NEWS].
