I swear bethesda doesn't know stuff about map design.

fallout 3 itself works on windows 10. bethesda optimized it perfectly. the reason why it doesn't work is because it uses games for windows live, aka microsoft's stuffty xbox-windows platform cross that doesn't even work at all
its the same reason why red dead redemption and gta 4 dont work well on windows. it's not rockstar's fault because they 'didn't optimize it' its windows live's fault for being stuff and discontinuing itself

it doesn't work. It crashes whenever you launch it. To get it working you need to edit some stuff in ini files, set compatibility mode to Windows XP SP2 and download some mods.
