I'm not saying it is, I'm just saying the NV has a gate that is inaccessible without the DLC, but if that's an excuse that DLC is needed then you can easily mod something into the game to go through the gate in Fallout4

The reason minecraft is doing better than blockland is because minecraft has more content on the base game. Minecraft doesn't technically need mods. Everything you need is there already.

no because the cell that the gate teleports to you is only available in the DLC. even if you were to mod it, the actual level you're trying to access wont exist
