Okay, at this point they're literally just toys. TOYS FOR KIDS. Complain at the kids buying them with bad bearings for the noise, because it's a bunch of different companies making them to cash off of them. They're the next pokemon cards, the next pogs, etc. It's just a school fad, not anything actually bad.
