i really enjoy the pain, plus the endorphin rush makes you feel fricking great
on the topic of salt and pepper on macaroni and cheese: the only time i've been subjected to it is when some family down in SC made "baked mac n cheese" which was absolutely disgusting
regular mac n cheese with some salt is okay, don't like it with pepper. i really like mac n cheese with bacon bits
