Im hopping for the latter as the former will do nothing but falsely strike more innocent accounts.
You think Google could afford to create context sensitive AI. Perhaps this is the precursor and Youtube accounts just need to take the hits first?

The problem is the not being allowed to appeal the decisions of a BOT imo. How many innocent accounts are gonna get sniped because of some forgety AI decision?
