Not that it matters, considering most countries have already industrialized by now. |

Industrial revs. dont happen to every country. Only wealthy ones that are ahead of tech and can afford it. Stalin did not do much and piggybacked off of the fact that he was in the arms race with murica and started going as much into technology and industrialism as he can. Only reason why. |

Industrial revolutions are the events that make countries wealthy and ahead of tech.
