iraq had the 4th largest military in the world and we steamrolled them in a matter of months. we're completely capable of taking down any military in like two months. north korea is a loving joke. going to war with them would be a spit in the face of all the other countries we've fought. all the weapons they have are basically chinese or russian hand me downs from the 50s. more often then not they don't even have enough fuel to power all their stuff, not to mention the meme that is their subs
china has been starting to distance itself from nk and i don't really blame them. if stuff goes south they wouldn't want to say they allied themselves with a state that openly wants to nuke everything around it

don't they also still primarily use really old early cold war era soviet aircraft in their air force?
