You don't know how to un-draw something. Except maybe time travel, but that seems like it might lead to a really confusing mess of timelines and you're not sure how you would go about it anyways.
Drawing ink would take as much ink as you'd get anyways, and you still wouldn't be able to use a jar of ink on the canvas because it's on the canvas and you're not.
