One group committed a terrorist attack, and the other has continuously attacked conservative/right-leaning events to beat up people, destroy property and promote fear amongst conservatives across this entire year. They have the support of people in Hollywood and the media refuses to condemn them on the scale they condemned national socialists even before this terrorist attack. In fact, such a strong outlash from the national socialists can be directly attributed to this group ramping up the hostility in the political climate, to the point of Charlottesville literally reflecting the Weimar Republic.

I think they're equal. It's your opinion whether or not they're equal, but to dismiss the bad they did across a long period of time and at this event because of one particular instance of right-wing terrorism only ramps up the violence more.

Red Spy:

i think it's fair to say millions of dollars worth of stuff being destroyed is about as equal as hitting someone with your car on purpose

Maxwell.:

yeah no it isn't. not by a long shot

hitting and killing* what is wrong with you

Tactical Nuke:

add spraying an old man with pepper spray and quite possibly blinding a right-leaning political commentator with bear spray to the list

are they equal now
