you have to be close to the surface you right click on
you can crouch and set your bipod down on the ground in front of you, or stand/sit next to a table (approx 3x high brick)

Yeah i am crouched and i right click it does nothing

are you looking at the surface and right clicking? you have to look where you want the bipod to be deployed in order to deploy it

eg: look at top of table, right click until its deployed and you cant move, then you're in bipod mode

Yes i am looking at the surface all it does it makes me jet and when i have no jet player type it does nothing

(edit): I can place bipod down on blocks but cant put it down on the ground
