sorry if i'm not a fan of constantly being pushed into new themes with little to no control over it or with any type of user-controlled preference, or having avatars forcefully set to be round and cutting up/ruining avatars that were meant for square spaces, or not liking the constantly creeping minimalism that becomes more apparent with every theme change, and dozens of features being changed up or removed that were already easily available in the older themes

the 1 only good thing about this UI update is if you keep your mouse over the video thumbnails long enough, it plays a 3 second clip of some random time in that said video, so you get some idea before you click

otherwise, this update is too minimalistic. it's kinda headache inducing where everything is loving white with zero outlines or different shades aside from the side and top bar. The dark theme is ass because they made everything too dark, and the lack of different shades / outlines makes it worse, so I don't like using it
