Users unable to spawn in my server

whenever i try to host a server and people get to loading datablocks, it never ends and everyone is just stuck there forever. this also has happened while trying to LAN party. disabling all my addons fixes the problem, however once i tried to enable just vehicle addons and the issue came back.

sounds like it's a vehicle addon causing the problem
try only using half and see if it crashes, if not use the other half and test
try and narrow down which addon is causing it
