Screen recorders leaving out 2 columns of pixels of my screen

I don't want 1364 though, i have a 1366x768 monitor, there's no reason that i shouldn't be able to utilize all 1,049,088 pixels
If i'm setting my resolution to anything, it's 1280x720, but that's a last resort

ie printscreen, snipping tool, windows recording stuff, other recording software you have

Game DVR doesn't work with Gmod, but with Chrome and Blockland, it records at 1376x776, which, i'm not even sure how that's possible considering how it's going past my resolution, and the resolution i ran Blockland at (which was borderless 1366x768)
Print Screen screencaps the entire 1366x768 resolution as it should
And the only other recording program i have is Fraps, but that doesn't seem to work anymore, even if i run it in compatibility mode for Windows 7
Also, i have AMD, so i don't have Nvidia Shadowplay
