What other instruments should I play?

How much do you spend on these instruments in general? Do you go for budget ones or buy good and expensives ones of the bat?
I already spend about 700+ euros on bass and thats waaaaaaay to loving much for a simple hobby
My first toughts where violin or sax but I already play a string instrument and kinda want to try a blow instruments. Plus violin supposedly is hard as forget so idk.

Well I wouldnt really call it a band. Its just a loser gatherjng trying to play where nobody can actually play anything other than seven nation army or some stuff. Percussion isnt really make cup of tea either.
