I'm having serious problems with my dorm room (things get complicated)

had to go to the library to work on homework because the internet was so stuffty in here

this is the worst internet I've ever seen, I don't know if I'm emphasizing that enough
chrome crashed with two tabs

and the connection now is just a loop of "internet goes out -> chrome freezes -> try to go on phone, no wifi -> chrome freezes again -> internet comes back at one bar for five seconds before going out again for five minutes
you can't do anything in this room except sit and twiddle your loving thumbs like you're living in the sixties
