half life 3 was going to be the cliffhanger to end all cliffhangers. think about this stuff- if they made half life 3 on time in some alternate universe, we'd all be cliffhung on half life 4, which would never come out
its just an endless loop of cliffhangers. no matter how many half lifes they release, we'd never get the ending we deserve. all life is futile
