Do you finish up with warm water, thus leaving you hot and persuading the body to keep sweating? Also drink some water after every shower if that happens so often. |

Sweating when you're cold, I mean. Maybe you were nervous about something? And by the way, water isn't the reason sweating happens, it's the medicine that prevents dehydration from sweating for an hour. |
