Why is California's weather so weird

why do the clouds set in right after i get out of school
i want that stuff to be here during at school so i don't melt my balls off
this has happened the past 3 days in a row holy stuff i want to die in real life and take vegas with me to hell which will probably be cooler than vegas right now
