whats the worst allergy/intolerance

A year or two ago my skin started going patchy/red and forming small itchy bumps all over the skin whenever I got hot. Eventually sweat bursts through these bumps which can cause some pretty intense pain whenever I so much as stand outside in summer. Doctor said it was an "allergy to heat"
What's even worse is that I also have a minor allergic reaction to cat fur :(
