So I have been having a problem uploading a profile picture, nothing I do seems to work I try using a 75x75 image and I try using PNG/JPG, what am I doing wrong?

Try 74x74, also there is a small file size limit though don't remember it.

what image are you trying to use?
what editor did you use? you could try copying it into paint and saving it

I'm 6 days late and not sure whether you got it working, but if the filesize is the problem, try https://tinypng.com/
Otherwise, clear your cache then refresh, and it should be working if the filesize isn't the issue.
