Blacks aren't born violent, they just tend to grow up in stuffty places where they have terrible influences. This is because of systematic racism dating back hundreds of years. There's no more institutionalized racism (under the law at least) but most blacks have remained in poverty. You're completely right, although tribals will deny it. Crime doesn't follow black people, it follows poverty--and blacks tend to be poor. |
