They're not insane, stockpiling nuclear arms to prevent invasion seems a lot more loving likely than "Actively trying to destroy the world", considering the former leaves them in control of their country, and the NYC bombing graphic (they made once) seems less like a motive for the destroy-the-world scenario and more like your run of the mill political propaganda |
