ramen is most cost effective, i advise it above all other options. you can usually get a bowl for $1-2 depending on the brand. this leaves you a couple bucks to get a drink or a snack as well.
optionally you can buy a head of lettuce and just eat that. would make for a good snapchat and bizarre story for anyone who sees you
