Music folder utterly stuck in a certain state; New files deleted, old reappear.

I am having the most baffling issue. I went to add some new music files and deleted some old added-on ones I didn't want, nothing major. but the old files reappeared and the new ones vanished on startup every time.

I've tried absolutely everything, including uninstalling and deleting any trace of BL on my system and installing with a fresh new installer, and still the old added-on music reappears. it's at the point where it feels like this should be impossible, literally any suggestion would be appreciated because I'm at a total loss here.

It now appears to be accepting new files, but still, I'd like to know how the reappearance of old ones is possible if anyone has any ideas.

Once a file is deleted in Blockland usually you cannot recover it.

windows 7. at this point it really isn't a huge deal, it'd just be nice to get rid of the crap music that keeps magically regenerating. at least now any new ones stay and load properly.
