just had a phone interview

clarify that in the interview (they usually ask you if you have any questions). depending on your schedule you can ask to have an adjusted schedule, eg work weekends and some weekdays, but you'll need time for him/her to learn how reliable or good of an employee you are. eg you probably need at least a few weeks of normal work hours before they'll trust you with adjusted work hours to help fit your college schedule.

even if you worry that they may not offer you the job if you ask, you need to anyways cause i dont think a retail job is worth cutting classes for in the long run. if they aren't ok with it you need to find somewhere else where they are ok with it.

i'm starting in january, and now that i think about it, the guy said something about hours are flexible after working there for a bit.
