Predetermined value is something given some sort of way of being something that 'matters' without human thought being a part of it, it has to be valuable in and of itself. They seem indistinguishable but they're not. Because everything we see in life we ascribe value to ourselves.

As far as we know, maybe. Predetermined or not, it's still tangible value. Where it comes from isn't really relevant in the scheme of things.

way i see it evolution took you down here after millions of years, it's pretty forgetin selfish to not appreciate the fascinating combination of luck and brilliance that brought us to where we are, and with that comes the value of life
