the only key difference between fallout 3 and fallout nv was more weapons, ironsights that didn't work, and like 5 more variants of enemies
trash opinion

the ironsights were literally the worst part about the game. half of the time they didn't work, half of the time your big ass fingers would be in the way. real fallout players turned off ironsights lol

More coherent? What a joke. I blew up Megaton and still obtained a good ending. Bethesda have no idea how to put together a coherent or interesting story, much less a game with shooting mechanics that don't make you want to throw up in your starfish and puke it out ten times over.

It's just a shame New Vegas was held back by the horrible gun mechanics or it'd easily be the best game in the series.

Too bad it's the worst one in the entire franchise.

HOLY stuff I GOT IT 1 MINUTE EARLY BEFORE EXPIRATION LOL

It expires tomorrow dude.

i thought all the games were okay in their own ways

fallout 2-3-4-NV is minecraft
Fallout 1 is Minecraft Story Mode

it's not bad but it's not good either. It did not age well at all.
Most games age finely because they're already simple. Fallout 2 is still falling apart, but fallout 1 is too incapable as it's tiny, the starter of a series. something you would expect from a minigame, compared to new vegas and fallout 4, which are fruitful blooms right now, but in about 10-15 years they'll probably be just as dated as the first 2 fallouts.

binch what

you wanna explain how "telltale makes a virtual pop-up book, minecraft edition" isn't bad

it isn't completely horrible as it's actually playable but it isn't good at all because it's a virtual popup book minecraft spinoff which made up a plot out of nowhere because they ran out of ideas

its a spinoff. what do you expect?

I don't think you understand what i mean by coherent. i mean that the whole process of help the bos > invade the vault > blow up the enclave > save ur dad is entirely cohesive and held together well, with all the main quest lines having something to do with the previous and the next

in fallout new vegas you spend like the first 5 hours of the game chasing benny and the last 5 hours blowing up a dam / killing the loving 7 feet tall boss. it doesn't mesh together well and the story is built more like a DLC than an actual game. fallout nv is held together entirely by the side quests, and the slight variation in weapons (the gunplay doesn't do any favors)

for forgets sake, i bought it like 2 months ago
