Not only do you get good newer games like Halo 3 and Reach, and even stuff like Outlast, but you also can get multiple games a month AND you get to keep them after your gold runs out. |

You don't with the PS Plus games. |

You can't play them offline but I have silver right now and can play fallout 3 fine which I never bought. |

It makes them money and people willingly pay for it. Anyway the bigger problem lies in with the lack of voice chat, text chat, invites, parties, etc. Embarrassingly basic stuff that even the original Xbox in 2002 had. |
