if you're firing into a huge crowd it doesn't really matter. That and bullets can very easily ricochet off the ground if they hit at the right angle - take a look at this FBI training video, for example.

I'm not talking about the bursts of shots, I'm saying that in those bursts, the pacing of the shots was inconsistent

Fair enough, though I think the "inconsistency" is more of an audio glitch. Like how when a loud sound is played the sound levels are automatically adjusted.

I know what you mean but I think that's not the case considering you can hear it across multiple different videos
