I have tinnitus now. (Updated title!)

I've been prescribed amoxicillin and clavulanate potassium. The tablets are massive and two separate people have told me they can give me diarrhea. The bottle says it can persist for months.

The ringing is even louder tonight than it was this morning. Doesn't help that my job involves vacuuming.
I also found out today that there are tinnitus support forums. Christ.

Don't worry it worked when I got an ear infection from a pool party, just don't jet it in you ear and do a few drops at a time

Still annoying as ever.
I'm pretty confident I'll have this for the rest of my life, since all the pressure/pain in my ear is gone and I'm still hearing the ringing as loud as before.
