The shortest possible answer is youtube celebrities is an ever-changing term to describe a group of people, this time around it's a bunch of vapid vloggers who, behind the glossy facade, are a bunch of dysfunctional nutcases who by all rights should not have access to the amount of money they make without any sort of responsible guidance.
Jake Paul belongs to this group. The only reason you hear his name sometimes is because he's become sort of a posterchild of backlash against these personalities since he's the easiest person to hate right now.

Probably the most telling thing about RiceGum out of those clips in idubbbz's video is how he says his whole channel is just satire. It's like he knows everything he does is absolute stuff, but isn't willing to admit it to himself or anybody else.
Also his idea of how normal people live is just him walking around his mansion but without his sweater on is probably a good approximation of how rich people see the rest of the world, but t h a t ' s a w h o l e o t h e r d i s c u s s i o n.
