my upload speed is currently 1/8 of a megabit per second when i'm paying for 30 per second

called cox, they said there's a node issue in my whole neighbourhood so they've sent a guy out and it'll apparently take 4-5 hours. i'm gonna put the server down 'til my speeds are back up since even i can't connect at this point
