Oligarchy

Goth77:

Thats why you don't use AT&T or Apple because they suck

Call them up, explain the situation; and if they are persistent that you owe them money, tell them your are going to switch to an android device/verizon and they can shove it. Threaten to change services, and let them know you will be telling all your friends about how their company screws people over. Might giv em a change of heart....? its worth a shot

If you ask me, the whole "pay for data" thing is a sham anyways. You already pay a phone bill, why should you have a data cap? It's not like they store every loving youtube video you watch, and every facebook post you scroll through onto their servers, and if they did that would just be wrong

Darth C3P0²:

Honestly phone companies are always looking for cash. I have Virgin Mobile and they are alright, but 4gb of data a month for $35, or you can do $45 for unlimited.
But anyways tell those forgeters to go find something better to do than rip off their customers and threaten to switch providers.

Heitmeyer²:

sue them

small claims doesn't cost much money because you don't need to hire a lawyer. that's kinda the whole point
