Not really. It has nothing to do with hating minorities and everything to do with wanting to preserve the host culture. It's not a hard concept to understand. If a bunch of white people immigrated to a country where the natives had a low birth rate they'd eventually replace the population and usurp the culture. So... I mean, you know what dude go forget yourself this isn't even hard to understand
