Using millions of Africans as slaves was wrong. Colonizing Africa so Europeans could take their resources (humans and otherwise) and so they could spread Christianity was wrong. If colonization was done solely to help African nations organize into coherent ""Western"" nations, with Western science and knowledge for education, it would be good since educated people are less subservient by nature and thus liberalization would follow. The fact that slavery still exists in Africa is a sign that colonization failed Africa since their infrastructure/education/what-have-you is still garbage. Doesn't help that Nestle and the gang uses it to their advantage. |
