Whenever Wave 3 starts, I get a complete lag out. Should I lower my graphics settings? Or do I need a better PC?

editing the settings may slightly get better performance but that integrated graphics was not made to process stuff like this - turn off shaders for best results

Welp, not having one single problem anymore, all i had to do is change my resolution to fit my screen.
