Degenerate transmission assaults 10 year old in bathroom

I volunteer to be the genital-checker for our new non-trans bathrooms

--- Quote from: Ipquarx on October 19, 2017, 06:16:52 PM ---So, if the supposed violence towards minors of transgender people is enough to get them banned from bathrooms, then any other group which has a worse record of violence against minors shall be too.

There are at least 130,000 transgender people in the US. This is the absolute, complete and total lower bound. The actual estimate is around 700,000, but since lower numbers are better for your argument I will use this. This is the first time in a very long while that a transgender person has assaulted a minor.

There are also 600,000 clergymen/pastors in the US. That's around 4.6x as many. This is the highest reasonable estimate possible, which again is better for your argument.

So in the past week, how many pastors have been arrested for assault/loveual assault of a minor?

And that's not including one that happened just a day over a week ago, and not including other atrocities that happened near this week such as

So looking at the cold hard data, clergymen/pastors are more abusive to children (by a factor of 1.3x per capita) than trans people, even after accounting for the larger number of pastors (which isn't actually the case) and even if we said that this was a regular occurance (which you will find with a bit of research that it isn't, I looked for around ~25mins and the latest one I could find was from early 2016). We must ban them from bathrooms.

So what's the more reasonable conclusion: Trans people should be banned from bathrooms along with pastors/clergymen, or should neither be banned from bathrooms? This is not a false dichotomy; It's logically inconsistent to legislate against just one when the other is worse. If you want to be legally, logically and morally consistent you must choose one of the two. I think you'll find the latter is the better conclusion.

While this is definitely useful information, is there any way we could isolate it to incidents involving bathrooms? And no my intention is not moving goalposts here. I'm genuinely curious.

Trogtor:

ill rape someone. no bathroom needed

McZealot:

tbh nothing gets me in the mood to rape more than a public bathroom
