OP of that reddit ppst was very unlucky to be insecure about their decision and then also end up with a pretty bad sounding infection that mightve ruined the 1:1 situation

You do wind up with a functional vaginal cavity. Well, sort of. You have no uterus or ovaries so reproduction is out of the question but they remove muscle mass from your richard so the tip of the head works like a clitoris. Now I haven't read up on the thing but wouldn't your body tend to close that artificial vaginal cavity? I mean the body would obviously treat it as an injury.

Define "entire". All I can assume that's functional would be the urinary system and the pseudo-clitoris.
