has anyone here tried nofap?

i've been abstinent for 2 days so far and the journey is very hard considering i masturbated 3-4 times each day. i've been learning about nofap since friday and it opened my eyes to who i've become. i haven't been able to get excited over a real girl for a few years now. i plan to do at least a 90 day reboot; no fap, no edging, no research. if i can go farther than that, i'll go longer.
has anyone tried nofap/is currently on a challenge?
