It's great that you're learning how to model players, but this one has some low quality. The way I look at this playertype it took you about 3 days to make it (or less) - the arms are just cylinders with no editing, and body parts are overlapping (not cool)
You should slow down and put more time into your models

If you don't want someone to get better at modeling keep giving him these "compliments" - While the model is a great start it's still better to give a little judgement on it, or otherwise they'll keep pulling low quality models.
If I got no motivation and criticism for scripting in BL I wouldn't be able to post quality add-ons even to this day. Many people especially on the forum have helped me learn how to code properly and all the good and bad parts in coding.
