I wouldn't try to re-seal it Instead, accept partial responsibility. Fill the bottle almost to the top with the stuff scotch you bought. Buy yourself another bottle, and then tell your parents you accidentally opened their blue label (but there's still plenty left!). |

Today, I used the oven to cook my dinner and noticed the cheap bottle closed and that's when this thread was born. |
