sometimes i feel like my vision pauses and starts again

Protoss Dragoon: So I would be outside, looking and then I would feel weak, like I'm having a heart palpitation and my vision will pause, and then after a second or so it returns to normal and I feel like nothing happened, I also feel like I've stopped breathing during this.

I just get really weak and im put into this weird state for a couple seconds where Im not processing anything and im just sitting there slouched over. like my brain just resets it's really weird if this happens to you going outside though that might be a problem
