Allegations and testimony are the weakest evidence in any court case, except loveual assault because anyone who allegedly diddled a fiddle DEFINITELY did it!!! No questions asked!!! If you take a step back and look at a lot of these cases, you'll see just how weak they are. Remember Michael Jackson's alleged child enthusiasm? Here's a good deconstruction of his case. Not as cut-and-dry as some people make it out to believe. |
