if they ask what my main weakness is, would it be detrimental to say something like "i can be a little misunderstanding sometimes so directions need to be given clearly". because that is true with me.

that's probably a big no if you tell them that because taking directions is important in any job you get
i didn't even get that question in my only successful interview so im not sure what you should actually say

dunno if my strength answer is good either; "i can stay calm in heated situations". i think that works well for retail.

whatever you say has to be able to be turned around to sound like a strength, and that most definitely can't lmao
